Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters of use of related services (hereinafter referred to as "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd") provided by SUHAN Industry.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

  • ① These terms and conditions take effect when the contents are posted on the service screen and the user expresses consent on the service screen.
  • ② "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." may change these terms and conditions if reasonable reasons arise, and if the terms and conditions are changed, it shall be notified on the initial page of the service along with the current terms and conditions, and shall take effect in the same way as in paragraph (1). However, if a user who has agreed to the old terms and conditions continues to use the service of "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." even after the date of application of the revised terms and conditions, it is considered to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
  • ③ Users can stop using the service and withdraw from membership if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Rules outside the terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, otherwise, the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines and relevant laws or general customs enacted by the government.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

  • 1. Service : It refers to the website of SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd.
  • 2. User : It collectively refers to the recipient of the service provided by "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." and the user consists of individual members.
  • 3. Individual member : As a person who provides personal information and registers as a service member, he or she can receive information related to "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd."

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

  • 1. The usage contract is established with the consent of the "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." to the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.
  • 2. Individuals or businesses wishing to join the membership and use the service must provide the information requested by "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd."
  • 3. "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." may not accept or revoke the application for a usage contract falling under any of the following subparagraphs.
    • A. When applying in the name of another person
    • B. When the contents of the application for the use contract are falsely stated
    • C. When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering social well-being, order, or good morals

Article 6 (Consent to use of member information)

  • 1. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. values and manages users' personal information. Personal information protection can be checked through the personal information processing policy.
  • 2. Purpose of collecting and using personal information: The personal information required by the company when signing up for the service provided by "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." is collected and used for the purpose of implementing this use contract and providing services under this use contract.
  • 3. Off-purpose use and provision and sharing to third parties: User information can be provided to companies affiliated with the company to make it convenient for users to use services affiliated with the company. However, before providing information, the company must notify the affiliate, purpose of provision, and the contents of the member information to be provided in advance and obtain consent from the user.
  • 4. Reading and Correction of Personal Information: Users can view and modify personal information at any time by modifying membership information. This is entirely managed by the user with the ID and password. Therefore, you must not give your ID and password to others, log out at the end of the work, and close the web browser window. (This is necessary for information protection when using a computer in a public place such as an Internet cafe or library that shares computers with others.)
  • 5. Consent to the collection of personal information: When a user enters user information in the application form and applies for use in accordance with the terms and conditions of "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd., it is considered that "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." agrees to collect, use, and provide user information in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • 6. Personal information retention period and usage period: When personal information is collected from a user, the retention period and usage period shall be from the time the user directly applies for subscription to the time when the termination is processed. If a user requests "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." to withdraw its membership, personal information will be destroyed without delay. However, even if the purpose of collection or the purpose provided is achieved, the user's personal information may be retained if it is necessary to preserve it under the provisions of laws such as the Commercial Act.

Article 7 (Service Use and Restriction)

  • 1. In principle, the use of the service is open all year round, 24 hours a day, unless there is a special obstacle to the business or technology of "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd."
  • 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the use of the service may be exceptionally restricted if "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." is required, such as regular system inspection.

Article 8 (Obligations of 'SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd.')

  • 1. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. shall maintain appropriate facilities for continuous and stable service provision and repair or repair the facilities in case of a service facility failure or failure to use them.
  • 2. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. does not leak or distribute personal information of users known about providing services to third parties without their consent. However, if the user inadvertently leaks personal information, "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." is not responsible.
  • 3. Notwithstanding paragraph (2), this is not the case if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, or if a warrant issued by a judge for investigative purposes is presented.
  • 4. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. notifies the service screen of any changes or additions to the terms of service.

Article 9 (Obligations of Users)

  • 1. Users should not perform the following actions when using the service.
    • A. The act of illegally using information of other users.
    • B. The act of copying information obtained by using the service without prior consent from the "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." or using it for publishing, broadcasting, etc. or providing it to a third party.
    • C. The act of slandering another user or a third party or damaging his/her reputation by slander.
    • D. The act of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and customs and customs to others.
    • E. An act judged to be associated with anti-state, anti-social, and criminal acts.
    • F. An act of infringing on other rights such as copyright of another user or a third party.
    • G. Act that continuously transmits advertising information or interferes with the stable operation of services, registration of posts, or any other act contrary to the sound use of services.
    • H. Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations.
  • 2. The user must comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and conditions and the instructions or precautions for service use.
  • 3. The terminals installed by the user must meet the standards set by the rules on the technical standards of telecommunication facilities and must not interfere with the service.

Article 10 (Responsibility for Service Use)

  • 1. The user is responsible for all management of the user ID and password.
  • 2. Users cannot share, transfer, or change their IDs except for obvious reasons.
  • 3. The user is responsible for any negligence in using the service or fraudulent use by a third party caused by the ID granted to the user.
  • 4. Users can modify member information created when signing up for membership at any time, but unique information such as name, ID, and business registration number cannot be changed.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Provision)

  • 1. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. may stop providing services in any of the following cases. A. In the case where it is inevitable due to the repair or construction of service facilities,
    • A. In the case where it is inevitable due to the repair or construction of service facilities
    • B. When a key telecommunication service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication service,
  • 2. All or part of the service may be restricted or suspended if there are exhibitions, disasters, natural disasters, or equivalent national emergencies, and if there are other unavoidable reasons, such as the suspension of telecommunication services by the Telecommunications Business Act.

Article 12 (Deletion of user posts and restrictions on service use)

  • 1. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. may delete the contents posted or registered by the user as necessary if it is deemed that there is no room for the capacity of service facilities.
  • 2. SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd. may partially restrict users from using the service if they believe that they cannot afford the capacity of service facilities.
  • 3. "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." may be deleted without prior notice to the user if it is determined that the contents of the service posted or registered by the user fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
    • A. In the case of fraudulent use of another person's user ID,
    • B. In the case of slandering another user or a third party or damaging his/her reputation by slander.
    • C. Where information, sentences, figures, etc. are distributed in violation of public order and customs and customs.
    • D. Where it is judged to be associated with anti-state, anti-social, or criminal acts.
    • E. In the case of infringing on other rights such as copyright of another user or a third party, etc.
    • F. In the case where the posting period exceeds the prescribed period,
    • G. In a case where it is deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations,

Article 13 (Restriction and Termination of Service Use Agreement)

  • 1. When a user intends to terminate a service use contract, he/she must request withdrawal.
  • 2. "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the provision of services within a month if the user falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
    • A. In the case of using another person's user ID
    • B. In the case of intentionally interfering with the operation of the service
    • C. In the case of deliberately disseminating content that hinders public order and customs and customs
    • D. In the case of damaging or disadvantaging the reputation of another person
    • E. In a case where it is deemed inappropriate as a user of other services

Article 14 (Rights to Posted Data)

The rights to the data posted on the service are as follows.

  • 1. The publisher is responsible for the right and responsibility for the post, and 'SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd.' cannot be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the publisher. However, for non-profit purposes, "SUH HAN Industrial Co., Ltd." can use it without the consent of the publisher and has the right to publish within the service.
  • 2. Without the publisher's prior consent, users cannot use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing and selling information obtained using the service.
